When will I be charged?

You'll be billed at the end of your 45-day free trial. You can easily cancel online, anytime during your trial, without being charged. If you're unhappy for any reason within 90 days of your first payment, we'll give you a full refund.

Can FogBugz handle my giant team?

Of course! And there's even a price break – if you have more than 23 active usersAn "active user" is a someone who has an account and is allowed to access the system to make changes. (They don't necessarily have to log in to be considered active.) There are unlimited free community user accounts. These accounts can access and edit wikis, and submit bugs (but not participate in their resolution)., we charge a flat monthly rate.
